Receptionist/Accounting Clerk

Immediate opening for a receptionist /accounting clerk.  Duties would include, but are not limited to:

  • Greeting & directing the public
  • Telephone duties for the office
  • Daily mail pickup, sorting, and distribution
  • Maintain various aspects of the office
  • Accounts payable
  • QuickBooks entry
  • Assist departments in various tasks

 

Applicant must be able to:

  • Prioritize tasks & work independently,
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office,
  • Present a professional attitude and attire
  • Be willing to work as a team
  • Possess strong organizational & communication skills
  • Be willing to learn and expand knowledge as the position demands
